Mat

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.

Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed which can be practiced anywhere.Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body and fitness level.

Reformer

The Pilates Reformer is one of the best known and most used pieces of Pilates equipment.

The Reformer includes a set of risers with pulleys and ropes attached, a footbar, and a sliding carriage with two headrests and shoulder blocks that attache to the springs and gear system.

The Reformer practices primarily encourage practitioners to achieve movements on a supportive dynamic platform.

Functional Tower

A reformer Functional Tower has the most similarity to Trapeze Table, which includes a solid body structure can bring in more challenges vertically.This design makes functional tower more accessible for beginners with safer and multiple-dimensions loading conditions.

Practitioners can easily accomplish most movements by laying down, prone, side lying , kneeling, seating and standing positions with lower injury risks.

Wunda Chair

 The Wunda Chair consists of a wooden base topped by a padded seat that doubles as the world’s smallest exercise Mat.Beneath the seat, there’s a pedal that goes up and down, attached to springs on either side offering strong, medium, or low resistance.

 Wunda Chair exercises are performed sitting upright on the padded surface as well as standing atop, behind, or in front of the chair with hands or feet in contact with the pedal. 

Wunda Chair exercises are designed to encourage practitioners translate most whole body movements with limited supports from apparatus, but in functional postures(sitting and standing)

Spine Corrector(Arc)

The Spine Corrector  is designed as 2-piece asymmetrical shape with removable foot. This highly functional design allows practitioners to work their core, legs, and arms in exercises like Roll-down, Mermaid, Bicycle, Teaser, Swan and Bridging. Remove the foot to use the barrel for thoracic spine extension or flip it over to create an unstable surface for most dynamic balance movements.

Featuring a gradual curve on one side and becoming steeper on the other, the Spine Corrector is extremely versatile for shaping body with enhance spine mobility, stability and strength.


Oov

Gyrokinesis® Method

Gyrokinesis exercise sequences is composed of spiraling, circular movements which flow together seamlessly in rhythmic repetitions with corresponding breathing patterns

GYROKINESIS® classes can be adapted to fit anyone’s ability. People from all walks of life take Gyrokinesis classes, including accomplished athletes, fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens and people recovering from an injury or dealing with a disability. By the end of a Gyrokinesis session,one’s entire system is awakened and brought into greater balance. Focus on the breath stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system resulting in a sense of calm, well-being and mental clarity.

The Gyrokinesis® Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method that coordinates movement, breath and mental focus.

The Gyrokinesis Method is practiced on a mat and chair without equipment. Without the feedback and guidance of equipment, participants in a Gyrokinesis class are more dependent on their own proprioception to explore movement sequences.
